Cedar Point Credit Union and Christmas in April Supports East-John Youth Center with Donations for Mission Essential Projects and Community Peace Garden

CALVERT COUNTY, Md., – East-John Youth Center, Inc. is proud to announce a generous donation from Cedar Point Credit Union to support critical facility repairs as part of the 2025 Christmas in April volunteer initiative. This donation will fund much-needed improvements to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for the youth and families who rely on the center’s programs and services.
On April 27, 2025, the Christmas in April initiative will bring together students from Patuxent High School, including some who participate in the center’s programs, to complete essential repairs and upgrades at the facility to include the completion of phase one the facility’s community Peace Garden Project. Thanks to Cedar Point Credit Union and Christmas in April support, these dedicated volunteers will have the resources needed to enhance the center’s space, making it a more enjoyable and functional place for the community.
