Lexington Park Stabbing Suspect Wanted for Attempted Murder

UPDATE – September 29, 2025: St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect and issued an arrest warrant for attempted murder charges. Robertson fled on foot before deputies arrived and remains at large. He is described as a Black male with dark skin and a full dark beard, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black athletic pants and a black T-shirt.

The Lexington Park attack occurred around 5:24 p.m. on September 27, 2025, at a North Essex Drive address near the intersection of Hancock Road and Enterprise Drive. According to dispatch, the incident initially appeared as a motor vehicle accident with injuries but quickly escalated when responders discovered the victim had also been stabbed multiple times.
