Modapit is back with his first trip to 2025’s musical release ring. After delivering a quartet of one-off singles the previous year — as a follow-up to his debut LP Devotion — the formerly enigmatic talent from Hawaii has now been recruited by BIJOU for a two-for-one delivery on DND RECDS with Press It / Tell Me How You love.
Having been self-described as a “way of really trying to test the boundaries of house and techno music,” Modapit does just that on his two-part EP. The DND RECS release comprises of its A-Side “Press It” and ensuing B-Side “Tell Me How You Love,” each equipped with its own addictive topline that sits over a sweltering, nuanced hybrid of house and techno.
