The app has been updated to version 2.0 with a number of new features, including TikTok integration. Using on-device AI instead of a service like ChatGPT, Pestle will import the recipe into the app. Earlier this summer, the app also added a similar feature from Instagram Reels.
From both site, the nutritional information will be saved in Pestle as well.

When ready to cook, the app provides a guided cooking experience that breaks down everything in a step-by-step process. Pestle can even be controlled hands-free when preparing something messy.
Outside of the kitchen, You can also create a meal plan for the next 14 days where you can assign a recipe for each day. The app will also take ingredients for recipes and add it to a shipping list.
For larger households, you can share recipes and create meal plans together.
Pestle is a free download on the App Store now. It’s for the iPhone and all iPad models and Apple Watch.
With the free version, you can keep 15 recipes, save recipes from a site, create a shopping list, and use guided cooking.
